Your body knows
how To REWILD

Somatic practice for those at a threshold —
through injury, loss, transition, or the quiet pull toward something more honest.

There's another way to meet what's here.

Most of us were taught to override the body — to push through, fix what hurts, find flaws to improve on.
To put the healing of our bodies in other people's hands.

This work begins somewhere else. With listening. With the respect that your body, a vastly intelligent, living library of primordial wisdom, already knows what's needed. And that the things you've been carrying — the pain, the burnout, the grief, the longing, the questions you can't quite name — are not problems to be solved, but doorways back to yourself.

With the invitation to arrive as your true self, and through attentive somatic practice, we make space. And in that space, what's already alive in you finally gets a chance to be felt, to move, to speak — and to grow into something new, yet deeply familiar.

This work will meet you in:

  • A physical injury or chronic pain that's asking for a different kind of attention

  • Grief, anxiety, or depression living in your body in ways words haven't quite reached

  • A loss, a transition, a choice in service of becoming more yourself — ending a career, a gender transition, a return to your life's purpose

  • A quiet sense that the way you've been moving through life isn't working anymore, and a curiosity about what else might be possible

  • The calling to build a world where all people, creatures, and ecosystems can flourish, and a readiness for your body to be a part of that work.

You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for. Even a spark of curiosity is enough to begin the process.

If you're at a turning point that shows up in the body —

“I had done a fair amount of analytical therapy and felt stuck in the stories I had been telling myself about my experiences. Emily encouraged me to follow physical sensations and see what they evoked, opening me to stories in my body that were new. I learned to trust what my body had to show me, break out of old patterns, and feel more whole and wholly myself than I have in years.”

— Sophie

“Working with Emily opened up space for my body to just exist, to be an animal, to be random and playful, and to engage with the simplicity of the senses. The orientation toward pleasure and away from pain was a major breakthrough for me. It helped me tune into my body’s deeper layers and yearnings, ultimately its movement toward pleasure.”

— Maddy

“What made me want to continue working with Emily was feeling like she was truly paying attention to and witnessing me. I never felt judged or ‘put upon’ by her. I felt like I was always led to myself. By being witnessed and encouraged to draw, move, and write, a part of me that I feared I had lost was allowed to come out and feel important, seen, and valued.”
